The 2012-13 NCQA Health Insurance Plan Rankings list measures of clinical performance and member satisfaction among 465 of the nation's Medicare health insurance plans and 538 private plans. Health plans throughout the country were evaluated on issues such as access to care; prevention efforts such as well-child visits; blood pressure and cancer screenings and treatment of diseases, such as asthma, diabetes and heart disease.
