The Talent Acquisition, Diversity & Inclusion team invites you to attend a Diversity Dialogues on Being Out in the Workplace. This forum will showcase the experiences of LGBTQA individuals both in and out of the company and the importance of bringing one’s authentic self to work.
The event will open with a presentation from Chris Flynn from the Human Rights Campaign, which will be followed by a dynamic panel discussion with both Blue Cross associates and external partners, moderated by Stephanie Browne, VP of Talent Acquisition, Diversity & Inclusion.
